建设目标
　　精品课程是具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教学资源、一流教学管理等特点的示范性课程。精品课程建设是高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程的重要组成部分。2003年我校紧密结合教育部“高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程”的主要精神以及学校现有办学条件、特色，合理规划精品课程建设工作，已初步取得成效。

    根据高教厅[2004]13号文件精神，精品课程上网，实现优质教学资源共享，是提高教育质量的重要举措，是一项长期的建设工作。我校将以信息技术为手段，以精品课程建设为契机，全面推进师资队伍建设和网络多媒体教材资源建设，发展优质资源网上共享机制，提高教学水平和教学质量，开辟国际化的教育窗口，逐步实现既有中国特色又能与国际接轨的办学模式。

我们的目标是：
（1）通过“十一五”期间的努力，国家级精品课程数量达到40门，省级精品课程数量达到80门，校级精品课程数量达到120门。
（2）按学科分类，建立精品课程资源库（其主要内容包括：师资队伍结构、教学资源库、网络课程、相应的科技文献资源、教学成果等），实现教学信息资源标准化，统一资源的管理和维护，建立相应的课程网站。
